Are your programs compatible with Smartphone 2003 devices?

 There are no Smartphone 2003 compatible versions and we have no plans to support this platform.


Are your programs compatible with WM5 PPC/Phone Edition or WM6 Classic or Professional devices?

 Our programs are designed for smartphones and they are not compatible with any devices based on the Windows Mobile 5 PPC/Phone Edition or WM6 Classic or Professional platform.

We are considering development WM5 Phone Edition/WM6 Professional compatible versions.


How can I upgrade my software?

If you own previous version of our programs and would like to upgrade to new version please read the following instructions:

  • If you bought software from Handango or from one of its partner sites, please find product page at Handango.com, then find the link 'Upgrade Available' on Overview page, then click on it and follow the instructions.


  • If you bought software from MobiHand or from one of its partner sites, please find product page at Mobihand.com, then click on the button 'Upgrade Now' and follow the instructions.


  • If you bought software from Our Website, you can also upgrade your software at MobiHand, because our shopping cart is provided by MobiHand. Please find product page at Mobihand.com, then click on the button 'Upgrade Now' and follow the instructions.


  • If you bought software from other resources, which are not partners of MobiHand or Handango. Please contact support service of your online-store for more information about upgrading. If you can't solve problem with your online store you may contact us and we'll help you!


How can I upgrade from original Alarm Master to Alarm Master Pro?

If you are registered Alarm Master user and would like to upgrade to Alarm Master Pro please read the following instructions:

  • If you bought the original Alarm Master from MobiHand or from one of its partner sites, please find Alarm Master Pro product page at Mobihand.com, then click on the button 'Upgrade Now' and follow the instructions.


  • If you bought the original Alarm Master from Our Website, you can also upgrade your software at MobiHand, because our shopping cart is provided by MobiHand. Please find Alarm Master Pro product page at Mobihand.com, then click on the button 'Upgrade Now' and follow the instructions.


  • If you bought the original Alarm Master from Handango or from other resources, which are not partners of MobiHand, please contact us directly and we'll help you!



Installation and registration

I just bought your application and the registration code doesn't work.

 Please check the owner name in your order and on your device in the Start/Settings/Owner Information. Possibly they are different.

If your device owner name differs from the name you entered in the order you can either correct device owner name or request a new code.


I tried to install your application and received the message saying the file is not a valid windows CE application.

 You may get this message if you tried to run *.exe-file right on your device. Please run *.exe-file on the desktop computer when your smartphone is connected to it.

Also you can download *.cab-file and run it on device. You may get *.cab-file at the store you bought the software from, from our mobile web-site or you may contact us and we help you!


I tried to install your application and received the message saying "Installation of *.cab was unsuccessful"

 You may get this message if you tried to install our software to Communicator or Pocket PC device.

Our programs are designed for smartphones and they are not compatible with any devices based on the Windows Mobile 5 PPC/Phone Edition or WM6 Classic or Professional platform.
